I missed Austin so much that I had to go back and visit less than a week after I moved to Ohio... also, my friend Sirena was getting married, so that was a good excuse.
Brandon and I left Friday afternoon and got in around 8:30 PM on Friday night. We immediately went out for mexican food at Matt's El Rancho and then headed to G&S Lounge on South First St. to hang out w/ our friends. It was a very laid back and fun night! On Saturday, we woke up and went to lunch w/ Colleen, then headed out to Lakeway to see Sirena and Chris get married! Here's a picture of her walking down the aisle with her dad:
We had a great time at the wedding and reception. Brandon and I also got our christmas card picture taken for the cards we will be sending out this weekend. It's really cute! (Thanks, Colleen!) It was so good to see everyone and hang out this weekend. We headed back to Cincy around 5:00 PM on Sunday and got home around midnight. We were exhausted and it felt so good to be home. Since we were on separate flight home using free tickets, it seemed like it took twice as long. :( Anyway, I'm not traveling at all this week, but Brandon is leaving tonight and he's traveling all week, and this weekend will be our first full weekend at home! Yay! My new desk for my office is being delivered today, and I'll take a picture of the office when it's all put together so you can see how I've upgraded from my cubicle in Austin!
