
Really, I just started logging my food on the website, since I never stopped paying for it. Seeing the monthly money deducted from my bank account in the last year and not logging my food was such a waste of money. Not to mention that I currently weigh 13.5 lbs more than when I started Weight Watchers in Aug 2007, after losing 20 lbs by Dec 2007. Which, if you're keeping track, means I've gained 33.5 lbs in a year and 2 months. :(
How is this possible? I'm blaming my birth control pills, which I also started taking around Dec 2007. But also, I've been eating terribly, and I need to get back in control of everything. Anyway, wish me luck. I reset my weight tracker online, so it just has my starting weight today and no history of the weight loss. I'll post my progress each week. It will probably take me at least 6 months to lose what I need to.
I'm traveling on Wednesday next week, and that will be my biggest obstacle, since the reason WW worked so well for me before was because I did not travel at all from Aug to Dec 2007 when I lost weight, and I could log everything I ate because I was always at my desk in front of my computer. Oh well, no excuses. I have an iPhone now and I can log everything on their mobile web. I'm just waiting for the WW app in the itunes store. Simple pleasures.
