Oh, while I was watching the Bachelor, I worked out in a hotel for the first time in forever! I hate packing my workout shoes, especially for a one-night trip like this one, but I needed to work out. I finally got over my nerve and weighed myself and the result is not pretty. :( I mean, I knew my pants felt tight, but I didn't know how bad it was. I think I need to lose about 30 lbs. :( Anyone think 15 lbs per month is do-able?
I had room service tonight, but I got a salad and fish and veggies. It's so hard to eat well on the road... And at home really. I just need to work out every day. :) I downloaded a new workout mix from The Biggest Loser. I hope it helps me stay motivated and keep my pace up!

Totally off subject, but I keep forgetting to share this w/ y'all. I'm not sure if it's common knowledge or not, but Brandon gets credit for this b/c I had no idea. Ok, so when you look at a gas tank on a car, there is a little arrow that points to the side of the car the gas tank is on.

Do you see it? Until recently, I would pop the gas tank on my rental cars and look in my side mirrors to see which side opened. :) It is so much easier now. I'm dating a genius. :)
